referred to as the “Platform”) of Bernostoxs Technologies (“Services”). The privacy notice provides you

Information collected via technology

service providers to facilitate card transactions on our Platform. The third-party service providers

Visa, Mastercard). Such third-party service providers have the necessary rights to
use/process/transfer such information to provide tokenisation services in accordance with the
applicable regulations. Such third-party service providers are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store
any information that is provided by you to facilitate such card transactions on our Platform.

In general, personal Information you submit to us regarding you or your company is used either to
respond to requests that you make, or to aid us in serving you better. We use such Personal Information

Advisors, Research Analysts, Brokers, NBFCs, Banks, Credit Bureaus etc for various regulatory purposes
(KYC, AML etc) and for various business purposes (credit facilitation, tracking services etc ).
Additionally, your demographic information, financial information, investment information and other
data might be shared with the group companies defined in disclosures and other third parties in
accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned here
Specifically, in the case of the credit facilitation services being provided to you, the following data
is being shared with authorised third parties:
- PAN, Mobile no. and Email ID for investment holdings verification are shared with SEBI-registered
RTAs and Depositories
- KYC documents for OCR and bank account for mandate setup with Digio (Digio is a RBI-regulated
entity)
- Email ID for communication with Amazon Web Services
- Phone No. for SMS communication with SMS service provider Kaleyra
Disclosure to third parties
We may be required from time to time to disclose any personal information collected by us to
governmental or judicial bodies or agencies or our regulators based on their requirement to comply with
the applicable laws including cyber laws. We may share your information including personal information
to third parties including group companies to enable the provision of services to you and/ or to carry
out technical, logistical and other functions on our behalf. (eg. Sending emails or newsletters to
users). Specifically, for credit facilitation services, please refer to the above section.
Creation of anonymous information
We may create Anonymous Information records from Personal Information by excluding information (such as
the name and email). We use this Anonymous Information to analyze request and usage patterns so that we
may enhance the content of our Services and improve Platform navigation. Bernostoxs Technologies
reserves
the right to use Anonymous Information for any purpose and disclose Anonymous Information to third
parties at its sole discretion.
Third party websites
When you click on a link to any other website or location, you will leave our Platform and go to
another site and another entity may collect Personal Information or Anonymous Information from you. We
have no control over, do not review, and cannot be held responsible for, these outside websites or their
